InnoGen is a corporation. It is owned by numerous shareholders who have combined their efforts and resources to build InnoGen with the vision "to become the leader in providing quality healthcare in the Philippines and be a globally-competitive pharmaceutical company that would be known in technological innovations" and with the mission "to develop and provide quality, innovative and affordable pharmaceutical products for the Filipinos".Dr. Lloyd Balajadia and Mrs. Virginia de Guzman are just a few of the shareholders. Many other Filipino businessmen have invested on InnoGen as well.

InnoGen establishes partnerships with leading manufacturers here and abroad. Quality has always been our foremost consideration in choosing the right pharmaceutical partner. Currently, Lloyd Laboratories, Inc., an ISO certified and cGMP (current good manufacturing practices) compliant pharmaceutical manufacturing produces majority of our products.InnoGen partnered with Lloyd Labs in an effort to expedite the introduction of high-profile life-saving medicines in the country and by offering it at costs unparalleled to the rest of the industry.
Does InnoGen own Lloyd Laboratories?
No. InnoGen does not own Lloyd Labs and Lloyd Labs does not own InnoGen. They are completely separate and independent corporate entity that has established a partnership that will bring about an influx of new products starting 2007.Where do you source your raw materials?
InnoGen sources its raw materials from internationally accredited and FDA-compliant facilities in Europe and in Asia. One of our major raw materials suppliers is DSM, a Swiss company, which has supplied raw materials to big multinational companies around the world. Our capsules are sourced through Capsugel. The company is a subsidiary of Pfizer.Do you have Bioequivalence studies?
Yes. Currently we have bioequivalence for AMLODINE (amlodipine besylate), ZIONEL (metoprolol tartrate), GABATIN (gabapentin), METADAY (metformin) and LOSARGARD (losartan), CLOPIVAZ (Clopidogrel), But we will be coming up with more studies with some of our new brands. Although only ZIONEL and Vimetrol is required to have a study, we went a step forward and make AMLODINE, GABATIN and LOSARGARD have their own bioequivalence study, even if it is not required by BFAD.Note: See Bioequivalence FAQs.

Pharmacovigilance is not a new word in the healthcare community, it pertains to the pharmacological science relating to the detection, assessment, understanding and prevention of adverse effects, particularly long term and short term side effect of medicines.
