InnoGen Holds Hepa Screening for Employees

About 60 Manila-based employees of nine companies under the InnoGen Pharma Group, went through Hepatitis and Glucose screening to check on their health. The screening is part of the company’s policy of keeping the employees in good health. The management believes that giving the staff better healthy care would result to excellent daily inputs of the work force.

The screening was held on February 12, 2007, at the main office of Dr. Zen’s Research, Incorporated, 73 Scout Fernandez, Laging Handa, Quezon City; one of the companies under InnoGen Pharma Group. Dr. Zen’s Research Inc. is a provider of innovative, high quality medical equipment and products.

The company officials also believe that since they are in the business of health care through innovative generics it is but proper that its employees should be health conscious themselves.

Hepatitis is an inflammation of the liver. Among the symptoms are: aches in the joints, abdominal pain, vomiting at three to four times a day for five days, defecation, loss of appetite, dark urine and fever.
