The medical team, led by the volunteers of Dr. Zen’s Research, serviced about 54 patients and members of Diabetic Club of the hospital. On hand to attend to the patients was a group of doctors led by Dr. Marcelo “Chingbee” Concepcion.
Blood samples were taken from the patients using the latest equipment, Glucocheck Advantage, and given free medicines by the Dr. Zen’s Research volunteers.

The worthwhile project is an on-going medical undertaking sponsored by Dr. Zen’s Research, Incorporated the purpose of which is to serve the indigents in Metro Manila suffering from diabetes. More of same program will be conducted in other hospitals in the coming weeks.
Together with Dr. Zen’s are the other companies of Innogen like Vamsler Phils, Inc. and Vitalink Health Products, Inc., which provide free samples of medicine for patients.
