Nine Pharmaceutical Firms Merge Under InnoGen

InnoGen Pharma Group, Inc. has changed to high gear its serious campaign to make the people aware of a growing pharmaceutical company, that has been moving steadily towards a direction of reaching more people with its high-quality products.

The Filipino-owned company has been around and innovating generic medicines for a number of years now; but now management has decided that it is time to move on and be counted as one of the top pharmaceutical companies in the Philippines.

InnoGen pharmaceutical products have been improved and made into new forms to make them safe and efficient.

Blending together are nine divisions under the InnoGen umbrella with each of them tasked to produce and market major therapeutic drugs and medicines in areas such as: neurology, psychiatry, cardio-metabolic, pediatrics.

Nine companies have merged under the umbrella of InnoGen Pharma Group; These are: (1) Aldril Pharmaceuticals, Inc.—neurology and psychiatry; (2) Eadrix Pharmaceuticals, Inc.—dermatology; (3) Metz Pharmaceuticals Inc—pulmonology; (4) Randril International Co., Inc—rehabilitation medicine and anti-infective; (5) Solvang Pharmaceuticals, Inc. obstetric and gynecology; (6) Westfield Pharmaceuticals Inc.—cardiology and gastroenterology; (7) Vamsler Philippines, Inc—internal medicine; (8) Vitalink Health Products, Inc—endocrinology and cardio-metabolic; (9) Dr Zen’s Research, Inc.—anti-obesity and medical devices.

The company provides second-to-innovator pharmaceutical products, most of which are off-patent molecules.

It has also invested in technology transfer and partnership with big pharmaceutical companies abroad, to avail itself with the latest technologies in the industry.
